Flexible Design for Integration or as Stand-Alone Solution

ProWeld is designed as a modular laser welding machine, which is available as stand-alone or as an inline system. Rotary table is optionally available. The stand-alone option is ideal for manual feeding from a standing or sitting position. The modular design of the equipment means that we can offer different process alternatives, laser motion systems and laser power capabilities, which can be individually assembled according to the needs of each application.

Modular Process Optics for different Applications

ProWeld handles workpieces as large as 700 x 700 mm (27.55” x 27.55”). An integrated part of the equipment is the online process control, WeldControl and/or ScanControl for scanner-based applications. The modular process optics, ProOpt can easily be adapted to user-specific conditions.
