Thorough process development is essential, before making a decision on a product or equipment, with the most favourable process parameters and efficient application methods determined. Our application laboratory offers several laser systems and as specialists for laser material processing of non-metallic materials - we regard laser welding, marking and cutting as one of our core competencies.

Implementation of technology into a production process

As part of process development, ProLas equally determine the parameters and also assists with the material selection and design of the parts. Our knowledge in this area has been acquired through many years of experience - we appreciate that no two applications are identical. Therefore it is important to us to understand your requirements and to develop the optimal solution in partnership with you.

Prototypes and batch production

Our performance spectrum includes process development as well as the ability to manufacture prototypes and batch production. We are happy to support you at the start of production. Process development include the clamping device as well as process evaluation and control. The device is designed part specific to guarantee a smooth and stable process, with particular attention paid to process control. Once the process parameters have been defined, process security is assured in combination with process control.
