Pyrometric sensor technology and WeldControl

We have developed an online process sensor as part of the overall build of our machine/system for process control and visualization, as an essential component for quality control

Pyrometric sensor technology contain capturing of performance and temperature, whose data can be evaluated and processed by WeldControl software. Both components are united in one system, which was especially developed for control and regulation purposes during laser welding of plastics and laser soldering. The online process control WeldControl serve the quality control and produces the mandatory documentation for industrial serial production - therefore optimizing joining processes.

To assist the online process control, we have developed an easy-to-use Windows-based software package with a range of tools for process control, archiving, process traceability, parameter selection and data analysis.

Picture processing

The product variety for image processing systems range from 2D systems to optical 3D systems for capturing. Linking image processing systems with motion systems creates highly flexible and self sufficient machines/systems.
